Housekeeping could have been better. While I loved watching the icebergs drift by and enjoyed the modern décor, the cleaning staff missed a few details, which detracted from an otherwise wonderful experience.

Staying here was amazing! We kayaked alongside the icebergs and enjoyed fine views. The restaurant offered great local dishes, and the staff were friendly, we felt comfortable with our service dog.

My kids wished for a kids' play area for downtime.

The views from the large windows overlooking the ice fjord were amazing. The warmth from the underfloor heating in the bathroom added a cozy touch to the comfort. Despite these positives, the hourly shuttle service was unreliable, often forcing long walks on busy roads without sidewalks, and the standard room lacked adequate space for comfort. The food options were limited, not including the classic fried fish, disappointing.

Fine views of Disko Bay from my Junior Suite were lovely. Shuttle service to town isn't reliable, though. Food in the restaurant was excellent, especially the lamb steak. More seating options in common areas would help seniors.

The hotel offers fine views from both the room and the restaurant. I enjoyed a spacious and modern room with a large panoramic window overlooking the icebergs, which I found clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with tour bookings effortlessly. I appreciated the really good breakfast buffet with a variety of options. The complimentary shuttle to the airport added a nice touch to my stay.

There could be more seating options in common areas to accommodate guests, particularly seniors who may need more comfortable spots to relax.
